- 随着汽车变速器行业发展,对作为核心零部件的齿轮的要求也日益增加。轻量化、低成本、低能耗、新材料等要求,成为其发展中新的挑战。关于粉末冶金斜齿轮在汽车变速器内的应用,从粉末冶金齿轮的设计、工艺、验证等方面阐述其优缺点及应用限制。With the rapid development of automotive transmission industry,the requirement of gear as the core component was also increasing.Lightweight,low cost,low energy consumption,new materials and other requirements have become new challenges in its development.As for the application of PM helical gears in automotive transmission,the advantages and disadvantages and application limitations of PM helical gears are expounded from the aspects of design,process and verification.
