- 对铝熔体中氢的来源及危害进行了分析。根据测氢操作方式的不同分别介绍了减压凝固法、第一气泡法、惰性气体循环法、氢浓差电池法等各种铝熔体氢含量在线检测方法的原理及特点。从测氢操作方式、测氢结果、测试时间和成本的角度对各种在线测氢方法进行了对比分析。在线连续测氢技术发展方向主要在于延长高温测氢探头使用寿命、降低装置总体成本。The sources and hazards of hydrogen in aluminum melt were analyzed.According to the different operation modes of measuring hydrogen,the principle and characteristics of on-line measuring methods such as reduced pressure solidification method,first bubble method,inert gas cycle method and hydrogen concentration difference cell method were introduced respectively.The various on-line hydrogen measurement methods were compared and analyzed from the aspects of hydrogen measurement operation mode,hydrogen measurement results,testing time and cost.The development direction of online continuous hydrogen measurement technology is to extend the service life of high temperature hydrogen measurement probe and reduce the overall cost of the device.
