- 对深松铲材料ZG65Mn进行了不同参数的热处理,对比了不同退火温度和不同回火温度ZG65Mn的硬度和冲击韧性,研究了热处理参数对显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ZG65Mn经900℃退火、840℃淬火并200℃回火处理的显微组织主要为回火马氏体,综合性能最优,不仅具有高的硬度,还具有较好的冲击韧度。The hardness and impact toughness of ZG65Mn for subsoiler at different annealing temperature and tempering temperature were compared,and the effects of heat treatment parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the microstructure of ZG65Mn after annealing at 900℃,quenching at 840℃ and tempering at 200℃ is mainly tempered martensite,which has the best comprehensive performance,not only high hardness,but also good impact toughness.
