Q235 segregation acid etching macro analysis in-site detection and analysis

- 采用酸浸蚀观察低倍组织,原位检测、统计分析等法研究了Q235钢连铸坯的成分偏析。结果表明,连铸钢坯存在鼓肚,角部凹陷等外观缺陷,部分内部存在裂纹问题,铸坯中心偏析严重,C元素在铸坯中心富集,属于正偏析;在铸坯中心Si、Mn、P和S含量低,存在严重负偏析。
The composition segregation of Q235 steel continuous casting billet was studied by acid etching, observing the macrostructure, in-situ detection and statistical analysis. The results show that the continuous casting slab has defects such as bulge and corner depression, some internal cracks, serious segregation. C is enriched in the center but Si, Mn, P and S are segregated negatively in the center of slab.
