- 研究了不同厚度的皮材通过铸轧复合成3003/4343层状板,并在冷轧工艺中通过对冷轧工艺参数的控制,得到清晰、光滑、整洁而且各元素分布合理的优良界面。结果表明,在总压下量一定、道次压下量相差不大时,皮材厚度越大,3003/4343层状金属复合界面越模糊,即元素扩散越充分;在同一皮材厚度下,随着总压下量的增大,界面也越不明显。
The laminar sheet 3003/4343 with different thickness was made by casting and rolling. By controlling the parameters of cold rolling process, a clear, smooth and neat interface with reasonable distribution of elements was obtained. The results show that when the total amount of pressing is constant and the amount of passing pressing is not different, the thicker the surface layer, the fuzzier the interface of 3003/4343 layered composite, that is, the more sufficient the element diffusion. Under the same thickness of skin, the interface is less obvious with the increase of total pressure reduction.
