- 在大批量工业化铸件生产中很难对所有产品进行全尺寸检测,一般通过抽检或设计辅助检测量具进行尺寸控制。通过实例分析了铸件尺寸检测工装的设计原则、公差分配和通过测量系统分析计算CPK等方法,控制批产产品尺寸的稳定性,提高检测效率。结果表明,通过CPK指数分析,确定工装检测区域,结合加工尺寸等优化了工装使用性,验证了工装的实用性。该方法可操作性强,适用于中小型结构铸件,提高了尺寸检测效率。
It was difficult to carry out full size inspection for all products in large-scale industrial casting production.Generally, size control was carried out by sampling inspection or designing auxiliary measuring tools. The design principle,tolerance distribution and CPK calculation methods of casting dimension inspection tools were analyzed through examples to control the stability of batch product dimension and improve the inspection efficiency. The results show that the tool testing area is determined by CPK index analysis, and the usability of the tool is optimized according to the machining size,which verifies the practicability of the tool. The method has strong operability and is suitable for small and medium-sized structure castings, which improves the size detection efficiency.
