- 在总结钛合金在摩擦磨损、高温抗氧化和疲劳敏感性等表面性能不足的基础上,介绍了激光表面改性技术的原理和特点。综述了当前国内激光熔覆、激光合金化和激光冲击强化技术等在钛合金表面改性中的应用,展望了钛合金激光改性研究新方向。
On the basis of summarizing the surface properties of titanium alloy such as friction and wear,high temperature oxidation resistance and fatigue sensitivity,the principle and characteristics of laser surface modification technology were introduced.The applications of laser cladding,laser alloying and laser shock strengthening in surface modification of titanium alloys in China are reviewed,and the new direction of laser modification of titanium alloys is prospected.
