系列柴油发动机缸体共线生产技术研究

- 通过对不同系列的柴油发动机缸体结构和材质特性的共性分析,结合整铸工艺设计原理和共线生产技术难点,对3个系列的3种典型缸体进行共性化设计和个性优化设计,最终完成3个系列8种缸体的共线规模化生产。Based on the common analysis of the structure and material characteristics of different series of diesel engine cylinder blocks,combined with the principle of integral casting process design and the technical difficulties of collinear production,the common design and individual optimization design of three kinds of typical cylinder blocks in three series were carried out,and finally the collinear large-scale production of eight kinds of cylinder blocks in three series was completed.
