- 提出一种基于数值模拟和3DP砂型的铝合金闭式叶轮铸造工艺。采用数值模拟软件比较两种工艺的充型、凝固过程,并优化工艺设计,采用3DP砂型铸造工艺完成了铸件的试制。对铸件尺寸进行激光扫描,对铸件内部质量进行X光检测。结果表明,铸造出了符合标准的铝合金叶轮铸件,实现了快速铸造。
A closed impeller casting process for aluminum alloy based on numerical simulation and 3DP sand mold was proposed.The filling and solidification processes of the two processes were compared by numerical simulation software,and the process design was optimized.The 3DP sand casting process was used to produce the castings.The size of the casting was scanned by laser and the internal quality of the casting was detected by X ray.The results show that the standard aluminum alloy impeller castings are cast and rapid casting is realized.
