- 开展了高硅固溶强化球铁的试验试制。结果表明,在其他条件一致的情况下,当硅含量小于3.82%时,材料强度只能达到牌号QT500-14的指标;当硅含量达到4.28%后,材料强度达到牌号QT600-10的指标,并完成了铸件的试制,性能满足牌号QT600-10要求。
The experimental production of high silicon solid strengthened ductile iron was carried out.The results show that under other conditions,when the silicon content is less than 3.82%,the strength of the material can only reach the index of grade QT500-14.When the silicon content reaches 4.28%,the strength of the material reaches the index of grade QT600-10,and the trial production of the casting is completed,and the performance meets the requirements of grade QT600-10.
