- 通过高温热拉伸实验研究了硼对HSLA钢高温塑性变形行为的影响。研究了不同温度下的断面收缩率、力-行程曲线以及断口组织形貌。结果表明,含硼试验钢的热塑性有明显改善,其塑性低谷变浅;另一方面,硼对奥氏体晶界可以起到强化作用,可起到应力蓄积作用,进而产生足够的驱动力和激活能促使动态再结晶提前发生,使高塑性区向低温区偏移。
The effect of boron on the plastic deformation behavior of HSLA steel at high temperature was studied by high temperature tensile test.Section shrinkage,force-stroke curve and microstructure of fracture were studied at different temperatures.The results show that the thermoplasticity of boron tested steel is improved obviously,and its plastic trough becomes shallower.On the other hand,boron can strengthen austenite grain boundaries and play a role of stress accumulation,and then generate enough driving force and activation energy to advance the dynamic recrystallization,so that the high plastic zone to the low temperature zone shift.
