Ti、Zr对纯铝组织和性能的复合影响

Ti,Zr grain refinement combined influence mechanical properties

- 通过向工业纯铝中复合添加微量Ti、Zr元素,研究了Ti、Zr合金化对纯铝微观组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ti、Zr元素复合作用下晶粒具有良好的细化效果,力学性能得到提高。当添加0.5%Ti+0.3%Zr时,组织细化效果最佳,材料的抗拉强度达到78.87 MPa,伸长率达到52.2%。
The effects of Ti and Zr alloying on microstructure and mechanical properties of industrial pure aluminum were studied by adding trace Ti and Zr elements to industrial pure aluminum.The results show that the combined action of Ti and Zr elements has good grain refinement effect,and the mechanical properties are improved.When 0.5%Ti+0.3%Zr is added,the microstructure refinement effect is the best,the tensile strength reaches 78.87MPa,and the elongation reaches 52.2%.
