 - 减速器壳体铸件在粘土砂铸造过程中,表面粘砂和缩松(孔)缺陷十分常见。将新型环保造型材料与均衡凝固有限补缩技术相结合,获得了良好的铸造工艺性和质量效果,达到了批量稳定生产。
In the process of clay sand casting,the defects of surface burning-on sand and shrinkage porosity(hole)are very common.In this paper,the combination of the new environmental-friendly molding materials and the equilibrium solidification limited feeding technology has obtained good casting technology and quality effect,and achieved the batch stable production.
