- 从铸件本身的结构、砂型的质量、浇注系统设计、熔炼和浇注温度五个角度分析了风电机组球墨铸铁件缩松缺陷的产生原因,并从化学成分控制、铸造工艺控制、冶炼工艺控制三个方面提出了预防措施,有效避免缩松缺陷的产生。
The reasons of shrinkage and porosity in ductile iron of wind turbine were analyzed from five aspects:the structure of casting itself,the quality of sand mould,the design of gating system,melting and pouring temperature.The preventive measures from chemical composition control,casting process control and smelting process control were put forward.The results show that the shrinkage defects are effectively avoided.
