- 针对中我国装备制造业人才供给存在的整体过剩、高端短缺等结构性问题,陕西工院材料成型与控制技术专业群通过产教融合、校企合作,探索出“研学用”一体化人才培养模式,培养高素质复合型技能人才,服务西部装备制造业的振兴,担当区域经济发展的责任。
To solve the structural problems such as overall excess and high-ranking shortage of the talents supply in the equipment manufacturing industry of our country,a new integrated talent training mode of“research,study and application” was created by the department of material forming and control specialized group in our institute according to the integration of production and education and the cooperation of production and education,causing the cultivation of the high-quality skill talents.It services the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the west and helps to bear the responsibility of the regional economic development.
