- 在高铬合金钢中引入B元素和Al元素来改善高温抗氧化性能,并对Fe-Cr-B-Al合金900℃高温氧化行为进行了研究。结果表明,Fe-Cr-B-Al合金的氧化增重远低于高铬合金钢的氧化增重,原因是Fe-Cr-B-Al合金的氧化产物外层为致密的Al2O3,可以有效阻挡O元素向内扩散;内层为FeCr2O4,与Al2O3形成的复合氧化膜可以削弱电子流动,从而使Fe-Cr-B-Al合金具有更优异的高温抗氧化性能。
The oxidation behavior of Fe-Cr-B-Al alloy at 900 ℃ was studied by introducing elements B and Al into high
chromium alloy steel to improve its high temperature oxidation resistance. The results show that the oxidation weight gain
of Fe-Cr-B-Al alloy is much lower than that of high chromium alloy steel. The reason is that the outer layer of oxidation
products of Fe-Cr-B-Al alloy is dense Al 2 O 3 , which can effectively block the inward diffusion of oxygen element. The inner
layer is FeCr 2 O 4 , and the composite oxide film formed with Al 2 O 3 can weaken the electron flow, so that the Fe-Cr-B-Al
alloy has more excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature.
