高强超声处理和强制冷却对Al-5Cu合金组织细化及除气效果的影响

- 研究了高强超声联合铸锭底部强冷处理对 Al-5Cu 合金凝固组织的影响,并采用密度法研究了除气效果。
结果表明,超声联合铸锭底部强制冷却处理具有良好的细化和除气效果,当 2 000 W×120 s 时细化效果最佳;铸锭断面
几乎为 100%等轴晶且内部组织致密、无气孔,此时铸锭密度为 2.791 1×103 kg·m-3,除气率为 95.1%。 最后对其细化及除
气的机理进行了分析。
The effect of strong cooling treatment at the bottom of ingot and high intensity ultrasonic on the solidification microstructure of Al-5Cu alloy was studied, and the degassing effect was studied by density method. The results show that ultrasonic and forced cooling treatment at the bottom of ingot has good refining and degassing effect, and the refining effect is the best at 2 000 W×120 s. The cross section of the ingot is almost 100% equiaxed grains and the internal structure is dense without pores. At this time, the ingot density is 2.791 1×103 kg·m-3 and the degassing rate is 95.1%. At last, the mechanism of refinement and degassing were analyzed.
