- 在对早期失效刹车盘原始成型工艺和组织进行分析的基础上,利用流体动力学软件Flow3D对所设计的改进浇注系统进行充型缺陷和温度场分布的数值模拟,并根据模拟结果分析了各浇注方案的优缺点,确定了该产品较合理的铸造工艺方案。分析结果表明,采用单内浇道浇注系统时,金属液流动平稳、飞溅少、温度分布均匀,夹杂物缺陷主要集中在冒口及铸件非工作表面,因此是较佳的工艺方案。
On the basis of analyzing primary process and structure of gray iron braking plate, hydrodynamic software Flow3D was used to simulate the distribution of defect and temperature field in different improved casting systems. According to the simulated results, the merits and faults of all programmers were investigated and the feasible casting system was determined. The results showed that steady flow of molten metal, less spatter and uniform temperature distribution could be achieved and impurity defect mainly distributed in gate riser or nonworking surface when adopting the casting system with unidirectional ingate, which gave the braking plate better quality.
