- 采用喷射沉积和热挤压方法制备Al10Si合金,实验研究了合金力学性能。结果表明,喷射沉积和热挤压,可以使Al10Si合金获得2~4 μm均匀分布的共晶Si,极大改善了合金的塑性(δ5=25.2%)。合金试样的轴向拉伸断口呈现大量的细小韧窝,断口上少有Si出现,裂纹主要沿铝基体扩展。合金的屈服强度和极限强度分别为148 MPa和197.5 MPa。
The Al10Si alloy was fabricated by spray forming and hot extruding, and the microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that eutectic Si particles, with size of 2~4 μm, uniformly dispersed in the matrix of aluminum matrix were obtained in the hot extruded sprayformed Al10Si alloy. The elongation of the alloy was greatly improved (δ5=25.2%). In the tensile fracture of the alloy, large fine dimples and few Si particles were observed, and crack propagated mainly from the inside of Al matrix. The yield strength and tensile strength are 148 MPa and 197.5 MPa, respectively.
