- 以Ti、Al、C粉为组元,采用热压工艺合成TiC+Ti2AlC增强γTiAl+α2Ti3Al合金。在不同温度时,通过X射线衍射分析了相组成,并讨论了体系的反应过程。结果表明,当合成温度为1 000 ℃时,产物中含有TiC和γTiAl+α2Ti3Al相。继续升高热压温度后,形成了另一种增强相Ti2AlC。对反应过程分析表明,在TiAlC体系中,TiC相是最稳定的中间相,亦是合成Ti2AlC相的前提。温度升高后,将有利于TiC相向Ti2AlC相转变。
The γTiAl+α2Ti3Al alloys reinforced by TiC and Ti2AlC were synthesized by hotpressing using elemental powders of Ti, Al and active carbon. XRD ananlyze was used to study the phase constitution of the samples synthesized at different temperatures. The reaction process of TiAlC system was also investigated. The results show that TiC, γTiAl and α2Ti3Al phases exist in the product when it was sintered at 1 000 ℃ by hotpressing. As the temperature rises, there presents another reinforcement of Ti2AlC. According to the results of reaction process, TiC is the most stable intermediate phase in TiAlC system and is the precondition to synthesize Ti2AlC. Higher temperature favors the transition from TiC to Ti2AlC.
