中文摘要:针对某发动机铸铁缸体水套外壁芯撑熔合不良导致缸体漏水问题,分析了芯撑熔合不良的原因,提出了改善芯撑熔合效果的优化方案,经过试验验证,芯撑熔合效果与芯撑窝座的结构大小、浇注时的铁水温度和浇注时间有直接关系。通过控制浇注温度和时间,优化芯撑窝座的结构,保证了缸体水套芯撑和铁水的充分熔合,彻底解决了市场上发动机缸体水套因芯撑熔合不良导致的漏水问题,提高了发动机的可靠性及质量品质。
英文摘要: Aiming at the problem of the leakage of the cylinder body caused by the defective fusion of water jacket core supports in a cast-iron cylinder block, the reason of the defective fusion is analyzed, and the optimization scheme of the fusion effect of the core supports is put forward. After verifying by tests, the effect of the core support fusion is directly related to the structure of the core support socket , the iron water temperature and the pouring time. By controlling the temperature and time of the pouring, optimizing the structure of the core socket, the full fusion of water jacket core supports is guaranteed, and the leakage problem caused by the lacking fusion of the water jacket core supports in the market is completely solved, and the reliability and quality of the engine are improved.
