大型液压模锻机锤身铸造工艺设计

- 针对大型液压模锻机锤身的使用要求,根据其使用要求、结构特点和安全使用寿命,从铸造工艺中的圆角、拉筋、冷铁、浇注、补浇及热切割冒口等方面进行合理设计,并通过CAE凝固模拟进行了工艺优化。结果表明,成功完成了特大重量、特厚大件、特高尺寸锤身铸钢件铸造生产,锤身内外品质得到了保证。
According to the application,service life and safety requirements and structure of Hammer Body of Large-Scale Hydraulic Die-forging Machine,casting methoding was designed including optimized gating and risering system,hot riser,adding fillet,chills,using core chaplets,hot topping.By using CAE solidification simulation,the super large and heavy steel hammer body castings are successfully cast,the internal and external quality meets customer demand.
