环境湿度对低压铸造铝合金铸件质量影响的研究

- 研究了湿度在低压铸造过程中对铝镁合金铸件质量的影响。结果表明,铸造室环境湿度的控制对石膏铸型干燥后吸收水分、铝液吸收水分等具有重要影响。降低铸造室环境湿度,可以减少铸件针孔产生的概率,提高铝镁合金铸件铸造质量。
The effects of humidity on quality of Al-Mg alloy in low-pressure casting were studied.The results show that the humidity control in casting chamber has an important effect on moisture absorption of gypsum mold and aluminum liquid after drying.Reducing the humidity in casting chamber can reduce the probability of pinhole and improve the casting quality of Al-Mg alloy castings.
