- 高温合金凭借优异的高温性能、抗氧化、耐蚀性等特点成为航空航天发动机制造中重要的结构材料,尤其
是热端部件。然而,由于合金元素较多,高温合金的焊接性能受到影响,因此高温合金的焊接工艺研究具有重要意义。本
文基于现有研究,主要介绍了高温合金氩弧焊、电子束焊和激光焊等工艺的主要进展,包括焊缝宏、微观组织特征和力
学性能等方面,为高温合金焊接结构的加工制造提供指导。
Superalloys have become important structural materials in the manufacturing of aerospace engines, especially hot end components, due to their excellent high-temperature performance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. However, the weldability of superalloys is affected by the alloying elements, so research on the welding process of superalloys is of great significance. Based on the existing research, this paper mainly introduces the process of arc welding, electron beam welding and laser welding, including macro/microstructure and mechanical properties, to provide guidance for the manufacturing of superalloy welding structures.
